Recruitment Campaign, SSHA
Smart Systems for Health Agency (SSHA) requested an employee recruitment campaign to hire senior level IT professionals. Finding candidates from internal referrals would save on advertising and recruiter costs. The campaign kicked off with actors dressed as aliens 'abducting' employees at SSHA and taking them to a boardroom for the official launch of the campaign. There were postcard desk drops on launch day and one month later directing employees to a microsite that provided details and a referral form. The campaign won the Grand Prize for Employee/Internal Communications and First Place for Employee Referral Program at the Employment Management Association Awards.
